THE REFUGE COLLECTIVE IS LOOKING FOR INTERESTED INDIVIDUALS TO JOIN A RADICAL/REVOLUTIONARY CHRISTIAN COMMUNE. WE ARE INFLUENCED BY THE CATHOLIC WORKER, THE NEW MONASTICISM, THE SIMPLE WAY, AND JPUSA. WE ARE INFLUENCED BY SUCH INDIVIDUALS AS JESUS, DOROTHY DAY, ST. GEMMA (GO TO FACEBOOK AND LOOK UP SOCIETY OF ST. GEMMA, WE ARE PART OF THAT), ST. FRANCIS, DEITRICH BONHOFFER, MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. AND GANDHI, AMONG OTHERS. WE ARE COMMITTED TO SHARED LIVING, INTENTIONAL COMMUNITY, COMMUNITY GARDENS, PEACE AND JUSTICE, DIRECTION ACTION, AND THE AUTONOMOUS MOVEMENTS.
