Permalink Reply by Stephen Flanagan on July 29, 2011 at 15:16 Hello Bede
I tried that and it never worked for me! I contacted the website, I need someone here in the UK to guide me not thousands of miles away in the USA!! As I have stated before everything seems to be based in the USA!

Thank you for the information, I have heard of the communities you have mention and will take another look at their websites.
Stephen.

Permalink Reply by Peter Pearson on November 4, 2011 at 4:02 Many of us here in the USA don't see one another on a regular basis. We email, talk on the telephone, or skype. So in many respects we are in the same boat regardless of how many miles apart we are. That may not be the answer you were looking for. Sorry.
For myself, I have found that CoS has been the community I have searched for most of my life. We are connected and interact in much the same way that communities that live together do. Check it out and see if it works for you before you decide that it doesn't.

Thank you for your reply, but I have since found a community the Grey Robed Benedictine community and I am now a postulant.
